Privacy policy

The short version: this site collects almost nothing about you, and I like it that way. Here is the whole picture, in plain language.

What this site collects

This site has no contact forms, no user accounts, no newsletter, and it sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Browsing it does not require giving me any personal information.

When you email or book a call

If you email hello@sparklecreative.com, I receive what you send: your email address and your message. If you book a call through the scheduling link, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and the answers to a couple of short booking questions, and shares them with me so we can meet. That information is used to talk with you and work with you, and for nothing else. I never sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they read. It is a privacy-first tool: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no following you around the internet. I see counts and trends, not individuals.

Services this site runs on

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitor requests (including IP addresses) to serve pages securely, the way any web host does. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google when a page loads. Booking runs on Google Calendar. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare’s and Google’s.

Links to other places

The site links out to things like client websites, LinkedIn, and the App Store. Once you leave sparklecreative.com, those sites’ own privacy practices apply.

What clients share with me

If we work together, the things you tell me in brand therapy sessions and throughout a project stay between us. That promise is spelled out in my client agreements, and I take it seriously: candor is the whole point of the process.

Your choices

Want to know what I have about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Email hello@sparklecreative.com and I will take care of it. No forms, no runaround.

Children

This site is for grown-ups running businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If how this site handles information ever changes, this page changes with it, along with the date at the top.
